Which one 💁🏾‍♀️? Blue 💙 or Orange 🧡? I say both depending on what your vibe is at the moment. I wore the blue one on Easter. This dress has button on the neckline to keep it in place. I got a size large.

A midsize must have! 💁🏾‍♀️ I have so many wrap dresses. Here’s why:
👗 - It comes in at the waist and skims your frame
👗- It’s a classic cut that will work year after year
👗 - Depending on the fabric and coverage, it can we be worn for work and weekend
My preference is a faux wrap style and solid colors. You can go with florals and animal prints too. I got this faux wrap dress in an xl.

Is it too much? Who cares 💁🏾‍♀️!! Stepped out of my comfort zone (which is hard as a 48 year old✨) and tried bold florals with a high low hem. This dress is so fun 🤩. The lesson is - try new styles. The worse that can happen is your return the item..Wearing a size 12. #wearwhatyoulove

Thriving in your 40s as a 48 year old means:
1️⃣ Prioritizing sleep above all else. A lot of your poor nutrition choices can be traced back to being tired. Make less commitments if you need to.
2️⃣Making movement an almost daily habit. Getting steps in is like brushing my teeth nowadays.
3️⃣Complain less (working on this) journal and reflect more. I try to figure out what’s the lesson in the challenge. Keeps stress and cortisol levels down.
4️⃣Drink water first. Before I eat or snack I drink water.
5️⃣Wear what you want. Trust me, you’ll have more fun and others will get used to it ✌🏾🫶🏾
