Thriving in your 40s as a 48 year old means: 1️⃣ Prioritizing sleep above all else. A lot of your poor nutrition choices can be traced back to being tired. Make less commitments if you need to. 2️⃣Making movement an almost daily habit. Getting steps in is like brushing my teeth nowadays. 3️⃣Complain less (working on this) journal and reflect more. I try to figure out what’s the lesson in the challenge. Keeps stress and cortisol levels down. 4️⃣Drink water first. Before I eat or snack I drink water. 5️⃣Wear what you want.
