Giving myself permission to really feel into what I want to acknowledge and let go of, and what I want to move toward instead. It felt healing to slow down long enough to name these things. Not as resolutions. Not as a reinvention. Just an honest check-in with myself.

I’d love to hear what you are walking away from and what you’re walking toward this year, if you feel like sharing. Sometimes saying it out loud is the first step forward.
