The year goes by fast. Faster than I expect every single time.

I’m naturally a little negative and it takes effort for me to look for the positive, so I’m trying something simple this year. Writing down one good thing from the day. A small win, something that made me laugh, or just a moment I don’t want to forget. Putting it in a jar and letting it add up.

I also like the idea of doing this with kids. Helping them get in the habit of looking for something good each day instead of feeling like nothing happened or the day was a total blur.

Not because every day is great, but because there are usually a few good parts we rush right past.

No pressure to do it perfectly. Just a way to slow down enough to notice what would otherwise get lost.

Pizza dough
Premade artichoke dip
Mozzarella

Directions
Lay the dough out and cut it into three triangles.
Put the two end pieces together.
Spread the artichoke dip, add cheese, and place the last triangle on top.
