I’m not someone who gets into water bottle trends, but to say I’m obsessed with my Owala is an understatement.

If you haven’t seen one before, the mouthpiece is fantastic. You can sip through the straw part, or gulp, but the sip in particular is sooo good. It gives you a great pull of water, and I feel like I’ve never experienced a more ergonomic drinking spout. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve tried it. It just fits the mouth perfectly.

It also does a great job of keeping water cold, and I love the fact that you can refill it without fully removing the top.

I have the 30oz Owala Sway in Periwinkle Twinkle with a boot from Amazon in a shade that matches perfectly (Lavender Mist in the color choices). I’ll link both, plus the style my kids have. #owala #waterbottles #owalasway

What I used ↓

Sheer: Slushy Sun
Shimmer: Bikini Snapped
(both from @essie)

This is called a “jelly sandwich” because you’re sandwiching one polish (usually a shimmer/glitter/etc) in between a jelly/sheer polish. 🤓

Special shoutout to Slushy Sun, it’s a really lovely sheer. 🙂

This can also be done with just one coat of Bikini Snapped, but two coats makes the shimmer look cooler. 💯

And don’t forget to use a base and top coat! I like to use a ridge-filling base coat to smooth and even out the nail plate first, especially with a more sheer final look. 💅

Two easy nail care tips ⬇️

Two of the easiest things you can do to improve the look and resilience of your nails:

1). Liquid cuticle remover + nudging back nail folds:
This helps expose more of your nail plate, giving the illusion of elongating them slightly, and is an important prep step for the application of nail polish.

2). Nail oil:
Probably the most important part of your nail care routine, even if you don’t polish your them. Oil restores to balance your nails to stop them from peeling and being so brittle that they break.

My favorite oil is CND Solar Oil, you can find it at most big box retailers. I also love cuticle oil pens.
