Keep a nail oil with an easy-to-apply applicator in a few high traffic areas (like your bathroom, car/purse, and bedside table). I like cuticle oil pens and rollerballs! 2). Choose a nail file grit that’s appropriate for natural nails. Aim for 200 and above, or choose a high quality glass nail file. 3). When you’re using a cuticle remover, follow the directions carefully. Leaving it on for too long can irritate the skin. 4).
