MetCon uses combo moves to work multiple muscle groups and sneaks in cardio for fat loss in minimal time.

This is one of two full body circuits that focuses on upper body. You go hard with minimal rest but you’re done in 20 minutes. You perform each exercise for 45 sec then rest 15 sec and repeat the circuit. I’m using 15 lb dumbbells and 5 lb for the cardio.

1️⃣ squat and press
2️⃣ renegade row + frog jump
3️⃣ chest press + glute bridge
4️⃣ rocket pushup
5️⃣ punch jacks

I try to do MetCon twice a week along with Pilates and strength training heavy and it really makes a difference. Follow for more weekly workout inspo.

I did not workout for even a second for the past week and I don’t feel guilty AT ALL.

I usually exercise on vacation, but there was just too much to see and do in Europe. 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 It was a week of pure indulgence.

I enjoyed every moment and let go of restrictions. I ate croissants 🥐 in Paris and hit the pubs🍺 in London with my family, but now that I’m home, it is back to the weights, steps and mindful consumption.

I did a ton of walking on my trip, but really missed my strength training, so I dove right back in with an upper body workout to hit the biceps, triceps and shoulders and my muscles definitely felt it.

No gym on vacation? Bring your own gear. I didn’t check a bag, but was sure to pack my @bala bangles and resistance bands. I improvised bands and wrist weights in place of my usual dumbbells and it was still a great workout. Fitness doesn’t have to stop on vacation.
