In case you hadn’t noticed, I’m having a real focus on my physical strength at the moment. I’ve learnt a lot through acupuncture which has also taught me a lot about my brain and how it is processing pain and the gym and arm workouts is a big barrier to that. So I’m turning up and steadily working on getting strong and letting my brain know I can lift a bag and not have pain in my shoulder! To encourage myself I’ve invested in new kit too of course!
