DAY OF EATS! 😊😊 Started strong with my wellness duo @rnwy.life @emergenc : an Emergen-C packet + RNWY Daily Foundation (hello L-carnitine & electrolytes). Hydration before caffeine, always. Coffee 1, then powered up with 2 eggs, hot honey drizzle, half an avo, and later… Coffee 2 (because yeah). Mid-morning snack: desk oranges + my ride-or-die limoncello La Croix (forever fav not pictured). Lunch! Simple yet PACKED with protein! Turkey, provolone, hummus on a pita — keeping it hearty & balanced. Post-gym hunger hit hard — vegan protein @allgoodles came to the rescue, leveled up with spicy @carbonefinefood vodka sauce. Saved half for tomorrow! Dinner was a poke masterpiece from @ummakitchen_atl : layers of salmon, tuna, crunch, edamame, veggies, seaweed salad, sweet chili, and all the toppings — protein dreams made real.
