Ceej’s Spinach Salad Recipe: Croutons: + cut sourdough bread into cubes (I used 3 pieces) + spray with avocado oil + season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley + toss and bake them at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, tossing them halfway through Jammy Eggs: + bring water to a rolling boil + gently add eggs + set a timer for 8 minutes (I keep the heat on high!) + immediately submerge in an ice bath + peel and chop for the salad Salad: + 6 ounces of spinach + one half of a red onion, thinly chopped + 3 jammy eggs, chopped + croutons + Parmesan cheese + Good Seasonings Zesty Italian dressing + optional: avocado Pair with chicken, steak or salmon for the yummiest dinner! spinachsalad saladbowl saladrecipe
