Back with another salad recipe and this is one I’ve been eating since I was a little kid!! It is so easy and yummy. Comment link if you’d like me to send you a link to my salad bowl!!

Ceej’s Spinach Salad Recipe:
Croutons:
+ cut sourdough bread into cubes (I used 3 pieces)
+ spray with avocado oil
+ season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley
+ toss and bake them at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, tossing them halfway through

Jammy Eggs:
+ bring water to a rolling boil
+ gently add eggs
+ set a timer for 8 minutes (I keep the heat on high!)
+ immediately submerge in an ice bath
+ peel and chop for the salad

Salad:
+ 6 ounces of spinach
+ one half of a red onion, thinly chopped
+ 3 jammy eggs, chopped
+ croutons
+ Parmesan cheese
+ Good Seasonings Zesty Italian dressing
+ optional: avocado

Pair with chicken, steak or salmon for the yummiest dinner!

Once you start making this salad you will never turn back! Not only is this good with everything (chicken, steak, pasta) but its super simple and you can add ANY toppings to make it your own (I love tomato, red pepper and chick peas!)
Salad Recipe:
+ 16 oz arugula
+ 1 yellow onion
+ 1 English cucumber
+ 1.5 cups toasted pine nuts
+ 1.5 cups shredded parm

Dressing:
+ 30g of dijon
+ 2 clove of garlic, grated
+ juice of 1 lemon
+ 30g white wine vinegar
+300g of olive oil
+ salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
