here are some of the things I wore during my last pregnancy! I hate buying actual maternity clothes (it just feels so wasteful) so I tend to just wear a lot of elastic waist pants in a size up. all of these clothes still fit me postpartum as well! the zip-up hoodie set from amazon is a particular fave — perfect for breastfeeding 🤍

here’s how I made my fabric paper chains! this was definitely a labour of love and a big time investment, but I really didn’t wanted to spend all that time making something that would just get crushed when stored away. I’m hoping these garlands will last me for lots of years to come!

I have everything I used for this project in my LTK in case you want to make one yourself! link in bio 🤍

if I’ve ever mentioned a craft tool or product, it will most likely be here! these are my most used craft supplies that I constantly recommend! this post includes only items that I ACTUALLY own and use regularly.

here’s your yearly reminder that it’s actually super easy and inexpensive to make your own air-dry clay using only 3 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry! here’s the recipe 👩🏼‍🍳

ingredients:
2 cups baking soda
1.5 cups water
1 cup cornstarch

combine baking soda, water and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook over medium heat (stirring constantly) until a soft dough is formed. let cool and then mold into your desired shape!

this recipe makes enough clay for several star garlands ⭐️ but you can use it for tons of other projects as well (I’ve also made fridge magnets, ornaments, and a wall sconce!) also maybe it’s just me but I swear this dough actually cracks less than the store-bought varieties as well. let me know if you try this one!

and if you’ve made it this far, hi, I’m meg! 🤍 and if you’re in the market for low-consumption, handmade christmas content, then you’re in the right place. be sure to follow along for more christmas craft ideas,
coming soon!

huge thank-you to @woodlark for the recipe and the inspiration for the project 🤍🤍
