Crockpot Lasagna Soup Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey (lower in fat) 3 mild Italian sausage links 1 can (petite) diced tomatoes 2 jars marinara sauce (5 cups total) 1 container beef bone broth 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt 10 lasagna sheets (broken into pieces) Seasonings: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder (measure with your heart) Instructions: 1. Break up and brown the meat 2. Add meat, tomatoes, sauce, bone broth, and seasonings to a crockpot 3. Cook on high for 6 hours 4. Add in Greek yogurt and sheets. Stir 5. Cook on high for 30 minutes (until noodles are cooked) 6. Serve.
