VENICE BEACH HALF MARATHON 🏃🏻🥇

I only started running consistently about a year and a half ago, so every race is still an opportunity to grow and improve. The goal this time was to break 1:30—and we did it! Finished with a new PR of 1:29. We’ll take that win!

If you’ve never run a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Push yourself. Do something that challenges you. You’ll be amazed at how it helps you break through both mental and physical barriers 💪🏻

THE MURPH WORKOUT 🇺🇸💪🏻

Every Memorial Day, we do the MURPH workout to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all fallen service members. It’s a test of grit and endurance that reflects the strength, sacrifice, and courage of those who served. The workout—1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run—is performed wearing a 20-pound vest, symbolizing the body armor Murphy wore in combat. It’s more than a challenge; it’s a tribute.
