It’s Thursday, I’m running on coffee, leftovers, and grace. Breakfast will come together in a skillet using leftover potatoes, peppers, and onions topped with a fried egg, the kind of meal that says you’ve almost made it. Dinner will be a rerun of Tuesday’s Beef Stroganoff, because good food deserves an encore. And somewhere between the day’s chaos and quiet, I’ll make Magnolia Table, Vol. 3’s Potato Chips with a side of homemade ranch dip, naturally. What’s on your menu?
