The colder temps in the 50s have me bundled up inside with the Christmas tree lights on and fuzzy socks, which never happens here. Brunch will be a protein shake. Dinner will be Alfredo pasta with chicken pieces. I make it with four tablespoons of butter, a clove or two of garlic, heavy cream, a little cream cheese, and a cup of shredded Parmesan Reggiano. Half a pound of pasta is plenty for the three of us. I will keep spreading jam and awareness later this afternoon for Dressember. What are you having today?
