I’ve been waking up earlier to get in a morning walk on my walking pad. I place my booty kicker barre in front of the walking pad so I can hold on while walking if I want. Both the barre and walking pad are easy to move from room to room. I like walking on my walking pad because I don’t have to worry about the weather, etc. and have the convenience of walking whatever time of day etc. I like to pair my morning walk with a tv show and some coffee - I use my wireless headphones so I don’t wake up the rest of the house! Wearing this workout tank top in size small - recommended sizing up if between sizes as it runs snug but I love the fit and the straps. Leggings size XS and true to size. Sizes up 1/2 size in On Cloudrunner 2 sneakers to allow for foot swelling when walking. Wearing socks specifically for walking/running. Leave me any questions below!
