Mid 40’s Mom walking pad walks I’ve been focusing on daily walks on the walking pad for the last few months - aiming for 10,000 steps or more. I walk usually an hour to hour and a half a day. Watching a show or listening to an audio book makes the time go quickly. I love walking in the convenience of my home and out of the summer heat! Especially over 40, I’ve noticed that doing the same thing I’d been doing as far as working out in my 30’s wasn’t enough anymore. I’ve been walking daily and strength training several days a week and have seen great results. Drop any questions for me in the comments! My workout clothes are mostly from Amazon - I wear small in workout tops and XS in leggings; small in shorts I size up 1/2 size in walking shoes - I love my On cloudrunner 2 sneakers - I have in two colors and have been my favorite sneaker.
