No-Bake Easter Nests : This easy "no bake" Easter dessert is quick to make and lots of fun to eat! Supplies: * Pot * Large cooking spoon ( I used a wooden spoon) for stirring * 1/4 cup butter * 4 cups small marshmallows * 6 cups crisp rice cereal * Muffin pan * Cooling rack or plate * Candy Easter eggs (I used Reece’s peanut butter eggs) * Cooking spray or oil (I used grape seed oil) * Ice cream scoop or large spoon * Tablespoon or small spoon Directions: * Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a pot * Add in 4 cups of small marshmallows and stir until melted * Add 6 cups of crisp rice cereal and stir until thoroughly mixed * Use cooking spray or oil to coat a muffin pan as well as the utensils you'll be using to scoop and press the nests * Scoop cereal treats to fill up each opening of pan (I use an ice cream scoop) * Using a tablespoon or small spoon, press into the center of each nest * When cool, turn nests out of muffin pan and onto cooling rack. Fill with candy Easter eggs Enjoy! I have this recipe as well as an Easter Bark recipe all together in my recent blog post (www.meatballmom.com). ltkfamily ltkkids ltkseasonal Easter , Easter ideas , easter treats , easter dessert , easter recipes , easter nests Easter LTKunder50 LTKhome
