I see a lot of “one-hour meal prep” online that includes multiple meals, washed produce, snacks, and even dessert — all done in sixty minutes. For me, that version doesn’t match real life. When I say one hour, I mean one hour of focused, active prep — not every meal solved, just enough to make the week smoother.
