“I’m NEVER doing the Holiday Elf tradition”. — Me before kids. I always saw parents rushing to do elaborate Elf setups or complaining about forgetting to move the Elf. And to be honest, it seemed like a hassle. Fast forward to having kids and when their teachers started doing this tradition in school, I saw how much they LOVED it. So we started doing it at home too. I saw firsthand how magical this tradition can be for the whole family, and now it’s one I enjoy with the kids. My only regret?
