Because I’m one of the crazy ones already in the attic pulling down Halloween decor, I thought I’d do a series of classic pieces I always use every year. Obviously the stores come out with new decor every year and I love to add to my collection but there are some pieces that just stand out year after year!

These light-up bat candlesticks are the first one. They’re so fun and I love pieces that make the house spooky at night as well. I paired them with my DIY ghost candles but there are so many fun Halloween candles you could use here.

I decided I wanted to use it on my coffee table so I used my favorite trick to turn any lamp cordless—the lightbulb and remote set is less than $15 and works so well! The lightbulb clicks on and off the magnet base for charging.
