Watermelon Mint Mocktail! 🍉 This is the first of MANY watermelon mocktails for summer! To kick it off I made a coconut water based mocktail. So no bubbles for the girlies who don’t like or can’t have it! (You can totally top with bubbles though!) This is perfect if you buy lots of watermelon and want to do something different with it! Perfect for muddling to get all that fresh flavor! Plus I used fresh mint from my garden.
