What I Bought & Loved in March 2024

Flare Mini Dress ($40) — a “sporty, sexy but still acceptable for daily wear” kinda-dress. Love how stretchy this one is because my postpartum body is changing by the minute 👌🏻

Wide Mule Sandals ($35) — my gf Natalie got me into Target heels and these sandals come in wide-sizes! Perfect for feet that just aren’t the same after 🤰🏼

Sephora Red Lip Stain ($15) — Jenna Lyon’s favorite red lip doesn’t disappoint. I’ve been searching for a great red for two years since Stila discontinued my old favorite and will def be wearing this one nonstop now 💋

Y2K Sunglasses ($5) — I hate to invest too much in trends so when I found these throwback Sunnies for $5, I couldn’t say no. Surprisingly effective at sun protection too!

13” Vase ($50) — finally found the right vase to switch out my old one on our kitchen island. Love the greenery I found at Park & Oak for it too 🤍

Took three months but I finally finished this opus by @peterattiamd — an excellent overview of ways to protect and prevent against cancer, metabolic dysfunction, cardiac incidents and Alzheimer’s. I do disagree with a few of his suggestions (specifically the recommendations of statins for everyone given their possible link to cognitive disease) but will absolutely be implementing a lot of his recommendations 💪🏻

My Morning Drink Trio

1. I start with a chia seed shot with @cymbiotika shilajit. The chia seeds are a great fiber-booster and colon cleanser. And the shilajit is a new addition I’ve been loving for boosting my energy, clearing my skin and ensuring I’m getting enough minerals while breastfeeding 💪🏻 While the taste takes a bit of getting used to the benefits are insane. I never had this much energy postpartum in 2022!

3. Reishi King Coffee with @coreformulas coconut vitamin creamer and 20g of added collagen. A delicious and easy way to get all my daily vitamin essentials and a big boost of protein first thing 👌🏻
