This isn't a good picture. But while we were waiting in line for bagels, James kept touching my hair, which isn't something he usually does. I was like - "what are you doing?" And he said that my hair looked so shiny he wanted to see if it felt soft. He did humble me and say it still looked a little frizzy. And I can see my bald spot. But here is what I used. Most of it is available @Sephora and they have 4X points on hair right now. 1) I use some sort of scalp exfoliation almost every wash. I have very fine and thin hair and if I don't, I'll get greasy hair and no volume. Plus it helps so much with scalp itch. I love the dr griots scalp exfoliation line. The first one is a liquid that turns into a shampoo and exfoliates. Helps so much with my scalp eczema. I alternate that with a scrub (also linked) 2) I always double shampoo. I will go in with a more hydrating shampoo or strength shampoo after (I usually use Pureology strengthcure) 3) then I do the dr grooms miracle wash which is what first got me onto the brand. It's like a conditioning glaze that conditions ends, but also helps with scalp exfoliation. It will make your hair so soft and shiny. I've used without the first step dr groots so I know it works for scalp exfoliation while still leaving behind shine. Condition with Pureology strengthcure conditioner. The best conditioner. I didn't even use anything else on my hair yesterday and just let it air dry. It air dried that shiny and was so soft.
