My skin has been SO dry. I've als been living at my office. I bought a temperature reader that shows humidity and was at 29% yesterday (ideal for me is 45%). I bought this @get.canopy travel humidifier during the Sephora sale and love it! It lasts about eight hours on max and today I started at 35 and ended at 42%. Usually by 3 pm I'm breaking into our skincare stash to add more moisture to my face, but didn't have to today! Plus the little fragrance oil it comes with (to put on a puck) smells SO good. Drink stack on 100. Sarah took photo evidence of my ADHD. Diet Coke is rare for me but it sounded good with lunch. I usually drink 1/2 of it. (Also a staple) But when I tell you this is the best energy drink. Others agree. Green tea-based, no taurine, has a little ginger root that settles digestion, biotin and b vitamins (but not 10000% your daily value.) keeps me up all day but not up all night. I went back to these slippers this year since they released a new color. I love the arch support that Rothy's give and that they're washable, they're just not as warm during winter. I also like that these don't flop as much so you can wear them in the snow, too. They're my winter dog walking shoes. They usually sell out every year by Christmas since this is the cheapest you can get them (I think they're made specifically for Nordstrom Rack?)

Still my favorite pajamas after a year. So Soft, but ribbed so the drape is perfect and they're cooling yet warm enough to wear around the house in winter. Now in more colors and this is one of the two times they're on sale in a year. Make a great gift. I bought a pair for Kelly last year and now she's up to 4 pairs because she can't get enough of the. Up to 4X (which is a regular 3X - check the size chat!)

If you don't have an Amex Platinum, this is the best time to buy an Oura Ring. I bought mine from Amazon in December last year. I bought the sizing kit ($10), found my size, then bought the ring (you get a $10 credit). I LOVE it. And I don't even like wearing rings. I felt fine and had this warning in the morning. By PM, I was sick. Britt, Missy and I all have one and we talk about it all the time (this is 40?) I don't know how to explain it, but it's so reassuring to know when you don't feel well that your body is also saying it's true - you don't feel well. For me, I felt like I had "permission" to actually rest? Then you turn on rest mode and it helps you focus on rest. We all have version 4, which is on sale. Mine is the gold, Britt has the silver.

Many imitators of Spanx Air Essentials but I don’t think they compare to the temperature regulation, so while they’re on sale - a good time to invest. Okay, this is wild because the staples of TA3 are NEVER on sale like this. 40% off EVERYTHING. I like the Square-y so much because the butt is full coverage. The suit already has a slimming effect on its own but the strings tighten in the back like a corset so you can get extra waist snatching. They are very thick and well-made, I’ve had my red suit for several years and it’s fluctuated through many different sizes. This is a great suit if you really want to enhance (or create) hourglass shape. One of my top two favorite suits. They also have dresses and have sizes up to 3X! Great for large chests too, as some styles have a lot of support. I’m in XL, they do run longer than most suits and offer a short and tall version. Can also be used as a bodysuit. #ltkfall
