They come in both straight-size and plus-size, and they do run big. I wore this Athleta tee and my favorite Athleta leggings to the gym on Friday, and DAMN, I could really tell the difference between this and other workout clothes. I think this Athleta tee might be one of my favorite workout items. It’s breathable, cooling, and has a rubber grip at the bottom so that it stays in place. It’s more expensive than my usual Target or Old Navy tees (but I linked those here too because they’re still good!), but the difference is tangible.

I’m also wearing the Athleta Elation Leggings, which are hands-down the most FUPA-supportive leggings I’ve ever tried, while still being soft and comfortable.

And I linked Missy’s workout outfit + one of her favorite super-supportive sportsbras for high-impact workouts, because last time we posted it to IG, we got lots of requests for the links.

Wanted to highlight these jeans from the @Madewell 25% off everything fall sale. They remind me of my favorite Paige Sasha jeans: Super stretchy and comfortable, and look structured while having enough “give” to comfortably sit in. Great if you have a desk job and can wear jeans to the office — they won’t dig into you while you’re sitting, and they still look put-together and professional.

If you’re over 5’8”, consider getting the tall/long fit. I’m in the Curvy Regular fit here, and the hem was hitting just a bit too short, so I ordered them in Curvy Tall.

This U Beauty Arm Sculpt cream has been just short of a miracle, and it’s 15% off on Bluemercury with a total purchase of $150/20% off with a purchase of $300. I’ve started taking this MTE More Than Energy Caffeine-Free Supplement and have really noticed a difference in my energy, focus, and sleep recovery. This has been my favorite read of the summer. Everyone who suggested it to me highly recommended the audiobook, and I couldn’t agree more — this book is LONG (the audio itself is 28 hours), and the audio is SO well done and really adds an extra layer of charm and personal connection to the characters and story.

It’s set in Oxford, Mississippi during the Great Depression and towards the end of Prohibition. There are so many different characters, and towards the end of the book I was LOL-ing at some of their quirks and quips.

I started this book because we received SO many recommendations from our followers, all saying that the audio is a MUST for the way it brings the women in the story to life. So many people told me that the characters’ personalities are so relatable and multi-faceted that when the book ends, you’ll actually miss them — and I can confirm that happened to me.
