High cholesterol! A few tips:
I drink brone both daily. 1 apple, berries and 1 tea spoon chia seeds and 1 tea spoon flaxseed daily.
Take this organic powder I linked!!:
* Start slowly (for example, 1 teaspoon daily) and increase gradually.
* Drink plenty of water with it.
* Take any other supplements at least 2 hours apart from psyllium, as it can affect absorption.

As a bonus, psyllium can also help with bowel regularity
