Tomato soup on repeat since summer 🤤
Roast a whole bunch of tomatoes and onions drizzled with avocado oil, salt, and pepper at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Drop in a bowl with a Boursin cheese block and blend with an immersion blender. Lunch is served!
