We took family photos for our holiday cards the other day and of course I had to take a quick family selfie! I can’t wait to get these photos back- it was the cutest photo shoot with sheep on a farm! We went for a brown neutral color palette and the photographer said it looked so perfect on camera.

Manifested the life I always wanted ✨🤍 Made a baby with my best friend and love of my life - a new best friend to join our crew!

Let’s talk about manifestation. It’s definitely a buzzword online these days (does that make me sound old? lol), and it’s not as woo-woo as you may think! In fact, we are all always manifesting (or creating) our reality, whether we are aware of it or not. Our thoughts, energy, and actions today determine what our life looks like tomorrow. Manifesting the life you desire doesn’t have to be complicated- it’s a combination of intention, belief/ mindset, alignment, and action.

✨ The first step is intention: what are you hoping to create or manifest? Make it something that’s believable within the next 6 months to a year.

✨ The next step is belief/ mindset: Why do you want this thing/ outcome? How do you think it’ll make you feel? Can you start to feel that way now? See if you can feel that feeling as you go through your day, before you’ve even manifested that reality. Usually we want the things we do because we believe it’ll make us happy. See if you can go even deeper than that. What’s at the root of the desire? Find ways to feel that feeling now, and embody joy each day.
Bonus points: feeling so much gratitude for exactly what you have and exactly where you’re at right now. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but that feeling of gratitude will help you get into the feeling and mindset of the reality you’re manifesting. This step you’re at now is needed to get you where you want to go, so take some time to thank it! The true feeling of gratitude multiplies and gives you even more and more to be grateful for!

Manifestation chat, part 2! If you missed part 1, go back and check that out first, because we’re picking up here where we left off.

Manifestation is a combination of intention, belief/mindset, alignment, and action. We talked about intention and belief/ mindset last time, so let’s talk about alignment and action.

✨Alignment: alignment kind of relates back to both intention and belief/ mindset. Is your intention aligned for you? Meaning- is it your authentic desire? Or is it the one you think you should want, because of society, friends, family, how you think it’ll look. Dig a bit deeper into your intention. What’s the reason you want this outcome? Go back to that feeling underneath to find the authentic, aligned desire.
Then, take a look at the beliefs that are standing in your way. What’s blocking you from your desired outcome? What pieces aren’t in alignment with what you’re trying to manifest?

✨Action: for some, the most frustrating piece of the puzzle! Action has lots of meanings here, so let’s dive in. Those blocks you just discovered while checking for alignment? Time to unblock them! That is a big action step towards your desires. How can you reframe those blocks and limiting beliefs into something that’s aligned with the you who has the things you desire?
Action can also mean taking physical steps toward your desires. Start the business, apply for the job, save the money, reach out to that person, etc. - what steps (even teeny tiny ones) can you start taking now to move a little closer? It’s okay if you’re unsure. Go back to removing blocks and getting yourself into alignment.
