Manifested the life I always wanted ✨🤍 Made a baby with my best friend and love of my life - a new best friend to join our crew! Let’s talk about manifestation. It’s definitely a buzzword online these days (does that make me sound old? lol), and it’s not as woo-woo as you may think! In fact, we are all always manifesting (or creating) our reality, whether we are aware of it or not. Our thoughts, energy, and actions today determine what our life looks like tomorrow. Manifesting the life you desire doesn’t have to be complicated- it’s a combination of intention, belief/ mindset, alignment, and action. ✨ The first step is intention: what are you hoping to create or manifest? Make it something that’s believable within the next 6 months to a year. ✨ The next step is belief/ mindset: Why do you want this thing/ outcome? How do you think it’ll make you feel? Can you start to feel that way now? See if you can feel that feeling as you go through your day, before you’ve even manifested that reality. Usually we want the things we do because we believe it’ll make us happy. See if you can go even deeper than that. What’s at the root of the desire? Find ways to feel that feeling now, and embody joy each day. Bonus points: feeling so much gratitude for exactly what you have and exactly where you’re at right now. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but that feeling of gratitude will help you get into the feeling and mindset of the reality you’re manifesting. This step you’re at now is needed to get you where you want to go, so take some time to thank it! The true feeling of gratitude multiplies and gives you even more and more to be grateful for!
