Manifestation is a combination of intention, belief/mindset, alignment, and action. We talked about intention and belief/ mindset last time, so let’s talk about alignment and action. ✨Alignment: alignment kind of relates back to both intention and belief/ mindset. Is your intention aligned for you? Meaning- is it your authentic desire? Or is it the one you think you should want, because of society, friends, family, how you think it’ll look. Dig a bit deeper into your intention. What’s the reason you want this outcome? Go back to that feeling underneath to find the authentic, aligned desire. Then, take a look at the beliefs that are standing in your way. What’s blocking you from your desired outcome? What pieces aren’t in alignment with what you’re trying to manifest? ✨Action: for some, the most frustrating piece of the puzzle! Action has lots of meanings here, so let’s dive in. Those blocks you just discovered while checking for alignment? Time to unblock them! That is a big action step towards your desires. How can you reframe those blocks and limiting beliefs into something that’s aligned with the you who has the things you desire? Action can also mean taking physical steps toward your desires. Start the business, apply for the job, save the money, reach out to that person, etc. - what steps (even teeny tiny ones) can you start taking now to move a little closer? It’s okay if you’re unsure.
