I’m so glad it’s Friday! I haven’t done much of anything this week as I haven’t been sleeping and it’s only getting worse. So unfortunately I don’t have much to share. I plan on getting out of the house today to see if I can tire myself out and sleep tonight. I have tried so any natural remedies but haven’t had any luck so far and luck is what I need because 5 hours a night is really starting to affect me.
