1. Loaded Mediterranean Hummus Platter
Hummus topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, olive oil, salt + pepper. Serve with warm sourdough or pita.

2. Arugula, Grilled Peach, Burrata & Prosciutto Salad
Grill peaches. Layer arugula, peaches, prosciutto, and burrata. Drizzle olive oil + balsamic glaze, season, and serve.

3. Warm Sourdough & Pita
Warm, slice, and serve with olive oil + flaky salt.

4. Herb Chicken & Veggie Skewers
Skewer chicken, zucchini, bell peppers, red onion. Season + grill until cooked.
Blend sauce: basil, chives, green onion, parsley, 1 tbsp mayo, Dijon, olive oil, garlic, ½ lemon, honey. Drizzle over.

5. Crispy Artichoke Lemon Basil Pasta Salad
Cook pasta. Crisp drained artichokes in a pan. Toss with pasta, toasted pine nuts, mozzarella, arugula.
Blend dressing: basil, ½ lemon, olive oil, honey. Mix and serve.

6. Strawberry Tiramisu (Simplified)
Blend strawberries into juice.
Mix mascarpone, whipped cream, honey, lemon zest.
Dip ladyfingers in strawberry juice.
Layer: ladyfingers → cream → strawberries. Repeat.
Chill 4+ hours, top with strawberries, serve.
