My workout was a successful challenge! I’ve been using the @Nike US Run App, never in my life did I think I’d be able to run uphill on the treadmill.

For me doing a mile run without stopping was my biggest milestone when I set out to lose weight for the first time and went from 200 lbs to 150 lbs.

Now that I’m back to that same weight again of 200lbs, my second biggest milestone has been running 5k, but now it’s safe to say that my third milestone was the uphill workout.

Thank you @Nike US for challenging users like me to fight through our toughest days. I am astounded at what my body can do. ❤️

I was sick last week and had to take some time off from working out. Glad to be back in the gym. 🥰

Before running I like to start with some light yoga and stretching. I like to hold the stretch until right after the comfortable feeling has settled. Then, it’s back on the treadmill for the day. 🏃🏿‍♀️
