this is actually one of those simple healthy snacks I make all year long, but I just switch it up for the season 🥹🤍 valentine’s day = heart sprinkles, christmas = festive sprinkles, easter = pastel colors… same easy recipe, just made cute for whatever holiday we’re in. it makes everyday snacks feel a little more special without doing the most ✨

what you need:
bananas (cut in halves)
greek yogurt
vday sprinkles
popsicle sticks
parchment paper
baking sheet

how to make them:
1️⃣ peel your bananas + cut them in half
2️⃣ line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3️⃣ gently insert popsicle sticks
4️⃣ dip bananas in greek yogurt (use a spoon to help spread evenly)
5️⃣ place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet
6️⃣ while the yogurt is still ‘wet’, add your sprinkles
7️⃣ freeze for 4-6 hours (or overnight)
8️⃣ serve immediately + store any leftovers in airtight container in the freezer

optional upgrades:
you can use any toppings—syrups, strawberry purée, melted chocolate, etc! and while greek yogurt works best because it’s thick, any yogurt (even dairy-free) works 🤍

valentine’s day is coming up fast and this is one of the cutest treats I’ve ever made for my kids. I made these last year and they were a total hit 🫶🏼

my love language as a mom is making holidays feel extra special in the smallest ways—cute snacks, cozy moments, and little traditions they’ll hopefully remember forever. and this one takes only takes a few minutes but looks like it’s straight off your pinterest board ✨

what you need:
teddy grahams
conversation hearts
greek yogurt (or icing)
parchment paper
syringe or toothpick
a plate

how to make them:
1️⃣ line a plate with parchment paper
2️⃣ place teddy grahams face-up with space for the hearts
3️⃣ add a tiny dot of greek yogurt to each bear
4️⃣ press a conversation heart on top
5️⃣ freeze for 15 minutes to set
6️⃣ store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve

you can also use frosting or melted white chocolate if you want them sweeter 🤍 and letting your kids help makes it even more fun (and chaotic lol)
