Fitness is so important to me — which is why I kicked the new year off with my favorite exercise @tracyandersonmethod 🙆🏼‍♀️

I’ve been My Mode-ing for the past year, and I love the adaptability of the program. For instance, today I did Intermediate Arms followed by Hands & Band. Every week you get new routines, which helps to challenge your mind & body (no, I’m not getting paid to say this — I wish! I simply like to “pay to forward”)

Hands & Band bring me back to the studio days (if you’ve ever been lucky enough to take a TAM class, there are resistance bands suspended from the ceiling). I think I got rhabdo after my first class! 😭

However you choose to move in 2024, do it for your physical and mental health! 🧠💪🏼

💃🏼 Night Deux in Vegas and what better way to celebrate like true #Bravoholics 😜 at Vanderpump à Paris?! Thank goodness for NP partners in crime! One of my former resident friends (now turned bariatric fellow) actually picked the restaurant, and I was so bummed when her flight was canceled due to horrible East Coast storms 😢

This dress is the perfect fiery red 🔥 and compliments a tan so nicely, but also comes in cream and navy. I absolutely love red (hello! 🫰🏻 It’s the more confident older sister to pink 💁🏼‍♀️), so of course I had to snag this color. I paired it with old @jcrew Ratti tropical print pumps, which provided a necessary pop of pattern to the outfit.

💸💃🏼 Vegas Night One — Obsessed with this flirty, linen blend dress with an unexpected hem. It somehow has an accentuated hemline that keeps its standout shape, and I couldn’t LOVE it more 😍 I think that’s the feature that sold me on it the most & I wasn’t expecting it! 💃🏼

How dreamy is the watercolor design with the turquoise beading?! I could go on and on! 💙

I styled it with some of my comfiest designer heels and my cream colored Chanel bag that I don’t wear nearly enough (⭐️ fun fact: I actually won this bag from an Allure magazine sweepstakes about 13 years ago!) The prize money was $3,000 💰, and I promptly took a trip to @bloomingdales 59th Street in NYC to buy the cream caviar Chanel bag of my dreams 💭😍 Of course, this handbag has appreciated GREATLY over the years (over 3x the value) and became a great investment piece 💰, which I truly treasure and love 💗
