Because welp this season of life meaning mothering a preteen who’s 12 and an almost 5 year old. It’s not for the weak. The fighting between them is exhausting but the love between them is out of this world. With that it’s so hard some days getting a workout when you’re working a 9-5 so my plan is to wake up by 6am. I’m really testing the clock since we have to be out of the house by 7:45 for daycare. The only time to get in a workout is before work so cheers. Here’s to day 1. I’ve been doing the MR London workouts and have been sore.
