Because welp this season of life meaning mothering a preteen who’s 12 and an almost 5 year old. It’s not for the weak. The fighting between them is exhausting but the love between them is out of this world.

With that it’s so hard some days getting a workout when you’re working a 9-5 so my plan is to wake up by 6am. I’m really testing the clock since we have to be out of the house by 7:45 for daycare.

The only time to get in a workout is before work so cheers. Here’s to day 1.

My Tuesday morning routine was a little wild.

1. No daycare for the week but when you have a village it’s ok.
2. It’s not as hectic having to run out the door like usual. But boy this child misses daycare so much.
3. I had the wildest experience in an uber Tuesday morning I was not ready for. A woman dogging me because I’m 🇩🇴 or how she said Hispanic. While driving through a town that has a majority of Latinos living there. She said it was such a shame I’m Hispanic and not white. I wasn’t ready for that so early. But I handled it pretty well without making a huge scene. She’s also not allowed to ride Uber anymore. Why we can’t all just love one another is so hard.
4. First week back from vacation and welp we’re still feeling pretty bloated and this comes back to what our country serves vs what other countries serve.
