Instead, I’ve picked up a few tricks to still get the coverage I need while keeping it skin-like 👇

Sometimes it takes a wake-up call to finally change. I didn’t start working out until I was 32—when my back locked up for a whole week. What started with pole dance and later boxing became the balance I needed: strength, mobility, and feeling good in my own body.
Looks? Just the bonus. What matters is how you feel. If you’ve been waiting for a sign—this is it. 💪✨

Here’s my current weekly routine - it’s not excessive and prob I could do more but this also goes to show you don’t have to over do it to make it count!

Cardio Boxing 2-3x per week
Pole (choreo) 1x per week when I can catch a class ← this class books out too quickly!! lol ..
Stretching 2-3x per week ← usually at home after my in class workouts.

There is no right or wrong answer. Find a rhythm that works for you so you can be consistent x
