Instead, I’ve picked up a few tricks to still get the coverage I need while keeping it skin-like 👇

✨ Tip 2: Concealer > foundation. I apply concealer first where I need it, then the tiniest bit of foundation only where extra coverage is needed.

Cardio Boxing 2-3x per week
Pole (choreo) 1x per week when I can catch a class ← this class books out too quickly!! lol ..
Stretching 2-3x per week ← usually at home after my in class workouts.
