Another before and after wear review of petite-friendly denim! These are the 90s relaxed jeans from Abercrombie. A little tricky to grab them in extra short but if you can snag them they’re a great fit. 99% cotton, 1% elastane that holds shape very well with wear. True to size and they tend to shrink slightly in the washer and dryer.

Trying out something new with denim reviews! Showing you the fit of the jeans before wearing and after wearing so you can see how much they stretch and wear.

These are the Farrah Hi-Rise Wide Jeans from Aritzia. They’re 100% cotton and only stretched lightly with wear (typical of 100% denim). In short they have just under an 11” rise and a 29” inseam. Since they’re cotton I anticipate they will shrink but will update you once I wash them.

*update- these shrunk to 28” inseam and 10.5” rise the washer and dryer. You can almost always expect cotton jeans to shrink so if you want to avoid it hang them to dry, wash on cold. But in this case the shrinkage was a positive for me and made the jeans a better length for me so it could benefit you if there slightly long.

How the Bella Wide-Leg jeans look after a full day of wear.

The relaxed straight jeans perform the same way for me. I wear them both in 24 x 28”. Both of mine have shrunk about an inch in length in the washer and dryer.
