1 oz Buffalo Trace whiskey (or your favorite whiskey)
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz maple syrup
1 egg white
Pinch pumpkin spice

Method:

1. Whisk egg white to soft peaks.
