🎃Pumpkin Patch Sour Recipe🎃
1 oz Buffalo Trace whiskey (or your favorite whiskey)
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz maple syrup
1 egg white
Pinch pumpkin spice

Method:

1. Whisk egg white to soft peaks.
2. Add whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice + egg white to shaker with ice.
3. Shake until chilled and combined.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
