I know washing face in the morning is best but sometimes part of adhd is accepting the things you will ACTUALLY do instead of continuing to make yourself feel bad & being stuck in a cycle of all of the things you don’t :’) i use this in the morning & after workouts & it has really helped prevent breakouts for me! I have dry, sensitive, hormonal acne / acne prone skin & have repurchased this at least 4 times :) I also bring it with me when I travel to use after plane rides when you feel so gross & can’t shower yet :’) lmk if you have any questions!
