Vitamin C - two capsules twice daily
GI Binder - once daily one hour away from any other meds or food
detox - 2 with every meal (up to 3x daily)
probiotic - 1 daily
NAC - 2 daily

Air Purifier I use! I have two & bought these after a LOT of research & bc they are on the affordable side while still having great reviews. I think these are good for anyone but bought a second one after trying to detox our home from mold!

the PERFECT romper for summer! I think this could work with both long & short torsos bc it has a tie where you can adjust where you tie at the waist. I did a full round of mini golf outside in the florida heat & it didn’t show sweat 🤯 which is wild bc it is gauzy material!
