Vitamin C - two capsules twice daily
GI Binder - once daily one hour away from any other meds or food
detox - 2 with every meal (up to 3x daily)
probiotic - 1 daily
NAC - 2 daily

Air Purifier I use! I have two & bought these after a LOT of research & bc they are on the affordable side while still having great reviews. I think these are good for anyone but bought a second one after trying to detox our home from mold!

I wore this in the Orlando heat & it never showed sweat which was WILD. It is so comfy but still makes you look put together. My fav romper I’ve ever owned! Would be perfect for moms, or anyone on vacation wanting to be comfy but still cute! I think it is a universal Capsule item that everyone should own.

the PERFECT romper for summer! I think this could work with both long & short torsos bc it has a tie where you can adjust where you tie at the waist. I did a full round of mini golf outside in the florida heat & it didn’t show sweat 🤯 which is wild bc it is gauzy material! It’s just lined well but still soooo light, airy, & comfy while still being cute! I wish I could wear it every day. It’s button up too!
