We love a slow morning around here! Boston had a sleepover at my dad’s last night so Isla and I were on our own.

Let’s make my kids favorite snack mix, with lots of pink for Valentine’s Day! I always start with @onceuponafarm Fruit and Veggie Puffs and Coconut Melts. Sharing more plate inspo in 2026, for the kiddos and adults! My four year old has been on a PB&J kick for what seems like months now, so I’m trying to find ways to switch it up…enter peanut butter banana roll! Roll out a piece of bread, smear on a layer of peanut butter, then cut the banana to the length of the bread. Roll it up and cut into slices! I also like to add things like cinnamon, honey, or hemp hearts to the inside as well!

I served this with Dots pretzels, Tillamook sharp cheddar, and a cutie! This is a plate he will eat every single bit of!
