We love a slow morning around here! Boston had a sleepover at my dad’s last night so Isla and I were on our own.

Let’s make my kids favorite snack mix, with lots of pink for Valentine’s Day! I always start with @onceuponafarm Fruit and Veggie Puffs and Coconut Melts. They have so many flavors in both products thay you could totally swap these out for your kid’s favorites! Since we are going for a ❤️ Day vibe, I added even more pink with freeze dried strawberries and chocolate covered freeze dried raspberries.

We’re getting back into our routine after the holiday break! That means me waking up before the kids for some alone time, self care, exercise, and healthy breakfasts to start the day!

Sharing more plate inspo in 2026, for the kiddos and adults! My four year old has been on a PB&J kick for what seems like months now, so I’m trying to find ways to switch it up…enter peanut butter banana roll! Roll out a piece of bread, smear on a layer of peanut butter, then cut the banana to the length of the bread. Roll it up and cut into slices! I also like to add things like cinnamon, honey, or hemp hearts to the inside as well!

I served this with Dots pretzels, Tillamook sharp cheddar, and a cutie! This is a plate he will eat every single bit of!
