I’m 54 years old and these 4 Shoulder exercises actually WORK.

I’m turning 55 in February and I’m feeling pretty fabulous right now. Here are a few more things that have made all the difference for me:

1. Lifting heavy weights with progressive overload 3-5 times a week. I follow a specific training plan & stick to it. Shoulder exercises: improves posture & strengthens upper shoulders for better balance while also challenging your core for better stabilization.

2. Tracking my food & calorie intake & consuming 1g of protein per pound of body weight, prioritizing nutritious carbohydrates & fats.

3. Using pep tides - my functional doctor introduced me to them & I’m obsessed. I use peps to reduce inflammation, improve insulin sensitivity, boost collagen, hair growth, recovery & cognitive support, just to name a few!
